Helloooo! Haven’t updated in a few weeks so thought I’d tell you whats what. Ok so atm I’m working on art and getting that done. Still have a bit more to finish and I take my time with my art so don’t know when I’ll update next time to let you guys know anything. But after I’m done with my art, I will update!

Also…I have a bit of a dilemma in that department. The thing is, is that my Desktop Computer I have went lights out on me. The monitor got so old that it won’t come on anymore so that means I have to use my laptop to update anything if I want to because its all I have right now. Thank God I have it because I wouldn’t have no computer otherwise and Chellebear + No computer = Chellebear going batshit. XD And also would mean no updates.

So since my Desktop needs a new monitor that means I can’t scan, until I have the money to get a new one. Because my laptop has no place to connect a printer/scanner. >_< Soooo I’m going to go ahead and finish the art that I have to finish.

Then whenever I get a new monitor I’ll update with art. So after I’m done with art I’m going to be working diligently and meticulously on getting parts of the Moonstrider world up. Don’t know how much of it I’ll get up ’cause of the whole scanner dilemma but I’ll get up as much as I can. And finish the rest when I get a monitor. :>

New Banners! :D

Hewwo! :> Just wanted everyone to know that I updated the “Links” Page with some new banners. I’ll put up some more laters possibly. : D Also…I got a Tumblr account…so if anyone else has one or anything and wants to watch me, feel free. : D

Added some new things…

So just wanted to post that I added a new “Page” to the site! Its for my Projects I’m currently working on so I can keep up with which ones I want to finish first and let you all know what I’m up to!

I do plan to work on that page some more. I have lots of things I want to do but one step at a time. :>

Anyways I’m almost done with everything as far as the Web-Site updates go and ready to start working on the art again…I’ll post if I have anymore! Thats it for now!

Ok FINALLY after 2 or 3 days I think of being picky and working on it, I have my Blog/Webby the way I want it. I changed the theme again. I wanted it to look more like a Webby but still like a Blog, I like Blog layouts for Web-Sites. :>

I organized some things and changed it around. I FINALLY added Icons and Walls to the Extra’s. I arranged how the visuals was layed out on the pages so it looks more organized. I added a portfolio page! : D I didn’t realize you could insert a gallery on a page. >_< I cleaned out my storage and everything is all nice and neat. : D So hope you guys like it!

I’m going to add some practice Sketches to my Sketchblog laters. Then I can finish on working on the rest of my art. So I can start working on my world. I do things REALLY SLOW, ’cause I’m OCD and I’m very maticulous about my art and how I present it. >_< So I take my time, lol. But it will be up, promise! :>

The only thing I don’t like about WordPress is: I can’t FOR THE FUCKING LIFE OF ME and all things holy figure out how to embedd a media player on here in the sidebar. I’ve tried the HTML thing but it doesn’t show the media player, just the links under it. :\ And I’ve tried to do it another way with a tutorial I found online but that didn’t work either. :\ And I like music on my Web-Site in case someone wants to listen to it and to show peepz what type of music inspires me. Oh wellz, maybe I’ll figure it out one day.

But for now its looking gewd. :> I’ll update when I have anymore.

Construction in Progress…PLZ stand by!

So just in case…if you stumble upon my blog and everytime you refresh you’re like “WTF, WAI IS EVERYTHING CHANGING?!?! D:” Its because I’m going to be working on it changing some things. If my back isn’t being a bitch and if my dogs give me a break, rofl. I’ll be working around those two things so it’ll probably be slow. But just a warning for you all! :>

We’re Baaaack! … Sort of. XD

Yep, you guessed it! I’m back working on my art. My life has changed a lot so I haven’t been able to update as much as I’d like to but I’m finally getting a chance to work on it. I have a lot of art to finish and post first but I also have a lot of NEW art I’ve done recently to post too. So I’m going to be working on that.

As you can see I’ve already changed the Blog layout, which I think is FTMFW!! If you’re not one of my Otalian friends thats reading this you will not understand any of what that means. XD

After I’m done with posting art my stories will be getting a BIG revamp. So, watch out for that because there is a lot of new things to come!! If my back will decide to stop being an asswipe and let me work pain free that is… Anyways stay tuned! Love you guys! <3 -Chellebear

HELP NEEDED!

Ok I understand I haven’t updated in a very long time with any art and I do intend to change that.

And I’ll give you a better update on that later, but right now it can’t be about me and my art. I have to try to help my favorite t.v. show.

It has been announced that Guiding Light, the 72 year old Soap that originally was a radio show is being canceled.

I can’t and WON’T idly stand here and let this happen. Not without voicing my opinion and not without a fight for sure.

I’ve grew up with Guiding Light, I’ve watched it with my grandmother and my mother my whole life.

Its a part of my family and a part of who I am. I have over 126 tapes of Guiding Light and as long as its on the air I will always record it. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars every week on tapes.

But I do it because I love the show and I love to support it and I love to watch it. It really has a family oriented feel to it and it always has. I can feel bad or down about something thats happened to me and I’ll set and watch Guiding Light and see the great acting and the great story telling and the emotions and love thats centered around the characters and it makes me feel like I’m a part of it. Like I’m loved and it totally turns my day around.

Some of my favorite actresses is on there. One of which is Crystal Chappell. I can’t explain her acting capability its hard to put into words. The way she can make you feel every emotion and word she’s saying. The way she can look at you with those eyes, as if she’s looking through you and she can do the same thing with her voice. She can say more with her emotions and eyes than most can say with words.

And here lately her co-star Jessica Leccia has grabbed a lot of people aswell. They have total chemistry on television and they feed off of each other and both of their acting is brilliant they both make you feel things.

And just when Guiding Light is getting really good press and support because of the Otalia storyline (and its not just the Otalia storyline I enjoy. I enjoy watching Dinah, and Dorris and everyone else as well.) they decide to take it off of the air and give up on it?

To me that makes no sense whatsoever. And it has left a lot in a state of shock.

And I promise you I’m not the only one that feels that way.

Some of you may think its silly to get emotional or upset about a t.v. show. But I say you’re wrong. I am a part of the Big Purple Dreams forum and its brought a lot of people together and touched a lot of people’s lives.

I’ve witnessed it. I’ve read the experiences and I’ve heard the stories of how its healed a lot of people. And I see how much they support it and it breaks my heart that, that is getting ripped away from us. We all feel like we’ve lost a loved one in some way.

I’ve grown close to a few of those people on that forum and love them we all talk and help each other heal and support each other. And the thing that brought us together is getting taken away from us.

So what do I need you to do you ask? WRITE WRITE WRITE! Send in e-mails and snail mail. I’ve been told snail mail is the most effective method.

Whoever reads this blog, if you come across it and you enjoy Guiding Light join the FIGHT to save it! Don’t just set and take it and give up! Please remain hopeful and voice your opinion!

*Make sure that you put your age in your letter. They want the 18-49 demo BADLY!! The MAJORITY of us ARE THAT DEMO!

*Make sure you tell them everything that you had yesterday. Some of you can scrape your recent emails/letters and rework them. You guys are so incredibly thoughtful and intelligent.

*Make sure that you encourage them by saying that you’ll support the advertisers for this show by buying their products or however you would like to phrase it.

Sketch Blog

So I posted some concept art on my Web-Site. You can find it in my Sketch Blog. The next piece I’m going to be working on may go into my portfolio if everything goes good, so that may be all the art I post in here for awhile. Because after that I’m going to work on my concept sketches for Moonstrider and those will have a blog of there own. Thats pretty much it for now so enjoy. <3

Web-Site is Opened!

I should’ve posted this when my Web-Site actually opened last night but shhhh. D: \ But yes the Web-Site is opened. I also added some music on the very front page if you want to open the ‘Enter’ button in another tab and listen to music while you browse. :3

Also I added a link to my Shout Mix and added a hit counter for it. So you can yell at me or whatever if you want to and say hi or I hate your face. XD And I categorized my art links on the ‘About’ me page so it would be more organized and now I have room to add more if I decide to. :3 Anyways thats it NOW I go play WoW. <3

Web-Site is going to be Opened soon!

So I just got all of my art up on Paper Demon. I checked over everything and made sure it was all good. And also made sure it was my best and most recent. And lately my most recent art has been my best. I know it can get a lot better but that’s all I have for now. I still have art to finish but I’ll be picky about whether it’ll go into my folio or not. If it doesn’t I’m going to put it in my Sketch Blog, which….I haven’t made yet. XD

After I’m done with all of my art I’m going to be working on my world more so keep an eye out for that. Anyways I guess thats it for now. :3 -Michelle
